It would be really nice if you could add something like submenus, for instance:

Knife Type a
Knife Type b
Knife Type c

Then inside each knife type the possibility to add the knifes models, like:
Knife Type a
- Model A
- Model B
Knife Type b
-Model A
- Model B
Knife Type c
- Model A
- Model B
