Hello! I'm sorry, I didn't understand your english.
What did you mean?
1. Your second banner not work?
2. Your server rotate only one banner after map change?
Solutions:
1. Disable plugin. Set sv_server_graphic1 "yourbanner.png" in server.cfg. Change map. If the banner is not displayed, your banner is incorrect.
2. Try to set sm_graphics_random 0.
Note: Plugin enables the banner after first map change. Banners are changing after map change.
