This should appease those who have been waiting for their plugins to be approved for some time.
As well, I agree with
DeathChaos25 that someone could post a harmful plugin, but I review all new plugins to learn new things. So I doubt there will be one posted long enough to do any harm before someone catches it.
Overall, I like the change a lot.
