The way I have played highlander (possible idea of expansion of this plugin) is that when the map starts, everyone starts in spec, then two captains are chosen, then it decides who get first pick.

Whoever gets first pick then chooses what class to pick first, then its announced what class, then everyone who wants that class says something to let him know, then the captain picks, then the next captain picks and chooses the next class. this goes on until the teams are filled. Once filled, the round is restarted, and things start going.

Kind of like gym class. lol
