• 3 New ConVars (sm_surrender_vote_time & sm_surrender_type & sm_surrender_sucess_votes)
• It is now possible to choose how many votes are needed for the surrender to be successful. Need sm_surrender_type at 0
• You can now choose how much time players have to vote on surrender
