A simple little plugin that I've only found 1 of, and that one had some issues, such as not being able to restrict it to admins, and not being able to outright disable it.

- sm_wepinspect_version - Don't touch this
- sm_wepinspect_enabled - (0-1) Enables or disables the plugin
- sm_weapinspect_fntblock - (0-1) Block inspection of food and throwable items

At some point, I suspect Valve may allow normal weapons to be inspected, but until then, this will do
