This is due your MySQL version. IIRC "ADD AFTER" was added in newer versions. I did this because that column wasn't existing from the start and people that were already using my plugin had the table created without it. I had to find a way to add that column without putting the users through too much effort.
This will be fixed in the following update(this week).

Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: This plugin already has the open message that is printed for everyone if the skin has a higher rarity, no point in adding found event.
