Uses a simple method to fix the heal revive exploit bug and also makes it so u can only heal players that aren't moving.

VERSION 1.1
Added l4d_heal_unstuck convar and l4d_heal_fixes.cfg
Option to enable/disable the heal unstuck feature if preferable.

VERSION 1.2
Fixed a rare bug/exploit when doing heal and revive u could lock a player in midair.
