SourceMod 1.4.3 doesn't work properly with TF2 after Wednesday's update. Try SourceMod 1.4.4 snapshot 3516 (or newer if a new version is released after now).

Unfortunately, 1.4.4 snapshot 3510 and newer don't work properly on CS:S, which is why 1.4.4 final isn't out yet.
