ff2server/models/parachute/*
etc
It's a huge mix of some things being bz2 and everything else not. Most of your models in the freak_fortress folder are okay. Everything else seems not. I only went through some folders randomly though. Anything that isn't bz2 here is pretty much taking up space for nothing.
