I honestly don't really know. It really shouldn't matter what the game is, the fact that SourceMod 1.6.4 is not loading plugins is not a game problem but a problem with SourceMod its self. I have been running servers for a long time using SourceMod 1.4.8 and have never had a problem with loading Plug-Ins on any game that I run servers on.
