NOTE:
- RTV has been working when i'm the only one in the server so i'm sure it's working, it just doesn't trigger once 2 players are in the server.

- if you are and admin maybe you have one flag in this value on umc-rockthevote.cfg
sm_umc_rtv_voteadminflags "" <----- leave in blank
- and this to trigger rtv sm_umc_rtv_minplayers "0" on umc-rockthevote.cfg
