I've updated to the newest snapshots for SM 1.3.2 and MMS 1.8.1 (Linux server). Still getting segmentation faults, this is what I pulled from the Console Log:

Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

I'm not sure if it's actually a SM/MMS issue, or just something else to do with the TF2 update. It wasn't doing this before it, that's for certain.
