Cannot quite follow you here -- as far as I understand from
SourceMod API, OnClientSayCommand is a forward, therefore it is declared but its implementation is left for a plugin creator. Do you mean that I would instead have to reimplement the part of SourceMod that fires the event? If so, how is this to be done? Not that I want to do it but I rather want to understand how one creates completely new forwards because I was under impression that this is what extensions generally exist for.
