Windows crash, no information about the server or versions, didn't include the error message shown in the console log, only crash report on Throttle - what do you expect us to work with to help you?

It looks like a bot got dropped but didn't leave properly, I suspect due to the error when the server tried to change map, but can find many references to this error around and no known fix.
