This was a paid job for the [sG] Serious Group. It replicates the
Sticky Nades plugin for EventScripts. It auto-creates cfg/sourcemod/stickynades.cfg where you can set the cvars. extra.7z contains the used custom models and sounds. I do not plan to support this, other than possibly fixing bugs if any arise.
