I guess I'm installing SDKHooks then, didn't know it was required.
EDIT: Successfully installed SDKHooks (see below), and the Surfer plugin is running, generating a config (cfg/sourcemod/sm_surfing_config.cfg) but isn't functioning in-game. None of the commands are recognized, and chat commands like !boost, !slow and !recall aren't working either. Are there any steps that I've missed? No Surfer-related errors in addons/sourcemod/logs/ either.
