I uninstalled this menu removed these files from these locations.
helpmenu.smx -> addons/sourcemod/plugins/
helpmenu.sp -> addons/sourcemod/scripting/
helpmenu.cfg -> addons/sourcemod/configs/

But I still get press H for help when i connect to my server ?

Any help please ?
