NVG Mode by Me (AssKicR)
This Plugin Requires "Engine" module to work
When NVG Mode is enabled, everything is pitch black
and you will be given Nightvision at beginning of map.
Now find the enemy and Kill Them
The commands are::
amx_nvgmode = Switch NVGMode between ON and OFF
The Cvars are::
mp_nvgtoggle = Allow Players To Toggle Their NVGs (default=0)
