The item is random selected when "l4d_melee_tank_chance_witch" set to 0, so it still have witch, I update it so there are no witch if "l4d_melee_tank_chance_witch" is 0.
The missing ammo go to weapon's clip, but it is some wrong witch setting clip and ammo, If you set "l4d_melee_tank_chance_fullclip" to 0, the ammo will return to normal.
It drop hunter claw I guess your game have not all melee weapon be unlocked.
