I apologize for the lack of response on the forum. We've known about the issues since the update landed, but it's not as trivial of a fix as other updates. We have multiple things to fix and test, and many functions requiring more than just new gamedata. We'll probably have a fix for most of it sometime this weekend.

Current workarounds:
- Disable SDKTools and the CStrike extension. (Disabling SDKTools will also disable SDKHooks). This will cause many plugins to not load, but some basic ones will still work and server will run.
- Switch to a linux server. (I'm half joking).
