Add "-debug" to the ./srcds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

Server starts and after a few seconds crash.. nothing changed on server, started happening 2 hours ago maybe

EDIT: problem solved, it was shop_skins from hlmod, had to change the version
