Well, not without finding where in memory it stores this list anyway...
Incidentally, I'm going to do some investigating... this plugin may become obsolete thanks to my discovery of a MeetThePyro holiday when attempting to fix the Force Holidays plugin. It really depends on what activating this holiday does (I need to test it).

When you activate the holiday it will still have the same effect it currently has, only those with pyrovision weapons equipped can see the world through the pyros eyes, This plugin makes it so everyone has pyrovision regardless of the weapon you have equipped.
Also i am curious if it can be done without TF2 Items.
