Ohhh...
I didn't see you were running HLstatsX:CE. What is already logged should work. When adding the action codes, you can prepend it with the map name and a _ for each to make it only log for that map.
ie.
ins_karkar_captured_a
ins_hillah_captured_a
...
ins_karkar_captured_b
...
