Yes, it's a translation.
I was used SM Super Commands. But I didn't like some features of it. And Super haven't some necessary ones (like cash). So I wrote own one. More simple and useful plugin code plus some new abilities.
P.S. Any suggestions? I would like to collect as much as possible one-command-features in one plugin.
