Hi guys, I need some help determining what rates I should use as a
player on a public server. (Counter Strike 1.6)
I have only found calculators for servers, and I have spent some time reading guides but most are outdated or people just copy paste what they have heard others say.
So, here is my setup and the server settings.

60Hz Monitor
100Mbps Download
10Mbps Upload
4 core 2.83Ghz
4 gigs of ram
GeForce GTX 580
