No Team Flash
version 0.3 by SAMURAI

Plugin Details:
Flashbang's thrower and users from his team won't be flashed

Cvars:
no_team_flash (default 1)
0 - plugin disabled
1 - plugin enabled

Thanks to Kigen for fixing bug when wrong people get flashed (ver. 0.2)
