Well thanks to Allied Modders and the quick thinking of the contributing Coders this problem has been solved.
Well at least for me. I am now using this simple, but wonderfully effective plugin which has solved this issue.

It has taken me awhile to add all the Unicode charactors to the cfg and it is still a work in progress, but I am having far less issues now than before.
