Glow Colors

Description:
This plugin just set a simply glow to players with different colors!
Also, you can set a customizable glow color to each mode.
Colors:
Red for Terrorists
Blue for Counter-Terrorists
Yellow for the c4 carrier
Light Blue for each CT who carries a defuse kit
A hud msg will be shown when you connect to the server, explaining the meaning of each color.
Chat commands
If you type '/glowinfo', the same hud msg will be shown.
Cvars:
glow_msgon (1|0) (enable/disable the hud msg)
glow_thickness "thickness" (set the thickness of the shell)
glow_custom_color (1|0) (enable/disable custom glow colors)
glow_defcolor "rrrgggbbb" (defuse kit carrier glow color)
glow_c4color "rrrgggbbb" (c4 carrier color)
glow_tcolor "rrrgggbbb" (Terrorist glow color)
glow_ctcolor "rrrgggbbb" (CT´s glow color)
