once again, to those who still use birno's version, i fixed finales where you have to wait for the rescue vehicle. After 10 tanks are killed after finale starts, all other tanks are killed so the finale can progress. They are then respawned. This is auto disabled on c1m4, c5m5 and c6m3 since its scavenge/gauntlet finale.

Will also work on custom campaigns.

New cvar:
tankrush_finalefix //default 1, enabled. Can't be enabled on the above mentioned official maps.
