Doesnt makes any sence to flood the forum of moderators. And there will be languages without moderators. Is true that to be moderator you dont need to have knowledge for approve/unapprove plugins, but you should have good knowledge because there may have threads that might be necessary. Iam not saying you dont have that knowledge, just saying that this isnt like what you think setting moderators as tomorrow willnt exist.
