Download Source Dedicated Server from SteamCMD (not from Steam.exe)

- extract MM:S zip into csgo folder
- extract SM zip into csgo folder

Don't edit txt files.
Look you downloaded right OS version.
Path should look ...csgo/addons/metamod & ...csgo/addons/sourcemod

Use server console command:
meta
sm
