SourceMod noob here, how do I install this plugin? I followed the instructions in the description (or at least I think I did) and I even placed the .smx from Vladimir in the plugins folder, but the installation seems to have failed. It shows the missile, but no cloud, sfx, and best of all: it prevents my friends from joining my server since they end up having to download it (they get stuck in a black screen) or something. Apologies for the noobishness!
