It's not legal for someone to provide you with the .amxx file without the source code and you should never run a plugin that was given to you like this. So there is potentially several backdoors into your server.
Regardless, do you not know anything about these plugins? Many plugins that I've seen like this have built-in functionality to obey immunity or they sometimes implement their own mechanism for immunity.
