Anything from a i7-4790k or E5-2687W v2 to a i9-10900k or Ryzen 9 3900X will get you what you want if you run it on a Linux distro with tuned. If you need you can run it with a performance kernel. Simply allow one core / two thread per server and allocate resources for system processes so the machine isn't overloaded.

The same can even be achieved with using AWS even.
