I reworked some stuff in the steambot plugin to make it more friendly for the new steam chat. I've also added an auth string that shouldn't be relied on. Look at my above post for the updated node.js.

The plugin is not compatible with the python version of the server and the node.js is not compatible with prior plugin versions. Use both new plugin and server together.

If I get some more time, I'll move more things into configs.
