Gonna try it, never had luck with plugins that plays a sound when players join the server, lets see if i have luck now!

EDIT: Placed all the files correctly, restarted server and the server didn't turn on, i deleted the smx from your plugin and server started working normally.

Maybe this won't work in CS:GO? or it's my problem?
