Dbase.Escape(l_sPseudo, l_sPseudoESC, sizeof(l_sPseudoESC));

And thanks for the Dbase.Format i don't know that ^^

And for the charset 'utf8mb4' it's only available on sourcemod 1.10 ? ^^
