I used to get this problem a LOT with wc3... It still happens from time to time but mostly on servers with like 24 + people...
I would have to agree with a few that it seems like its when the server does a LOT at the same time... For a while it ALWAYS happened at either round start or round end for me in wc3. Then I started to segment some things and not do so much at start/end... I haven't seen any bug reports of this problem in about 10 versions.
I don't know how shero is coded at all, but if messages are sent (or even parsed... i.e. a lot of shit done in CurWeapon) sometimes I would get this error.
