Question:
So this plugin is basically a help menu for new and or existing players to look for anything that's custom on the server? A bit like a Wiki page?

Does it check for wether or not a player is a brand new connection? Assuming this menu pops up on first time connect?

Assuming it does popup for first time connections, it's pretty common to close any menus immediately after joining. Maybe a print chat message stating. That if you need help, you can always find the menu again, by typing !help, !info etc.

And about commands. Is the !help command reserved for SM, or can that be overwritten by this plugin?
Is it possible to add a config where you can put as many commands to trigger the menu? Example:
!Help, !help, !HELP, !rules, !info, !tutorial and so on.

I once thought of getting a plugin like this made for my community, but i assume if this works like this, it could be nice for brand new players, as you also stated.
