If you are launching without Metamod you are launching without SM as well.

I would say that your problem is with sdkhooks.

Start with only Metamod first.

When that is successful add SM.

Install the latest sdkhooks then delete the old sdkhooks.dll in the extensions folder as well as the sdkhooks.txt in gamedata folder.
