SM now supports a customized list of reasons in the ban menu provides by the basebans plugin. Additionally, is supports a "Custom reason" option that allows the admin to type a reason in chat immediately after selecting that option.
A new sm_abortban command (or [trigger]abortban in chat) can be used to cancel out of this. The string in question is printed when trigger sm_abortban without having started a ban waiting for a reason.
It reads a little strangely for a brevity. An expanded version would say:
"The server is not currently waiting for a ban reason to be typed in so there is no in-progress ban to be aborted."
