For make:
1. Download sourcemod and metamod as well as amtl and sourcepawn branches.
2. Download hl2sdk branch the game you need.
3. Edit the necessary paths in makefile.
4. In the Makefile, change the number DSOURCE_ENGINE of the game for which you want to build a library.
5. make in terminal.
