As far as I know, though, I don't know what clients might execute that could be harmful... and they only have a space of 15 seconds to do it, not to mention zombies will be beating on them that whole time.

Sadly, original author never updated first post. Original code idea for making it working w/out sv_cheats belongs to Doku.
Btw, nice idea. Can be a good replacement for survivor upgrades.
