sy7hf: sounds like gamedata.
darkarrow: your clientprefs database might be corrupted. It's in the folder sourcemod/data/sqlite/clientprefs-sqlite.sq3 if you don't have it set to another database.

I deleted the sqlite file you're talking about and started the server, it has the exact same problem. I didn't think it would be that since I downloaded a clean TF2 server install and a clean sourcemod/plugin and it still didn't work, but thanks for the suggestion, any other ideas?
