Supposedly ? Have you even tried to put it to 0 ?

What does ""sm_cvar mp_backup_round_auto; sm_cvar mp_backup_round_file; sm_cvar mp_backup_round_file_last; sm_cvar mp_backup_round_file_pattern"" returns in your console ?
