I've apparently had this for two years now after an email to the TF team went unanswered. Whoops.

No configuration needed, it looks at the already-existing cvar `tf_allow_sliding_taunt` and does its stuff if it's enabled.

Keep in mind that when Valve added this cvar in, they changed all taunts to not get interrupted when you slid off ledges.
