Hello!

I was wondering if there is a plugin for alltalk in insurgency? I have
sv_alltalk 1
sv_alltalk_dead 1
sv_alltalk_endgame 1
sv_alltalk_intermission 1
sv_deadtalk 1
sv_deadtalk 1
sv_voiceenable 1

And still no alltalk.. I have heard from my friends that some servers have managed to get it working.


FIX: mp_voice_use_3d_voip needs to be 0 or else players can only hear people near each other.
