Can somebody edit for me blockmaker 4.01 ?

I wonna have in menu 4 bhop , for example : Menu : Blocks : Bhop , Bhop 2 , Bhop 3 , Bhop 4 and platrofm fire etc.

Can somebody do this for me ?

Bhop , bhop2 , bhop3 , bhop4 , platform , platform2 , platform3 ??
