That's a classic sign of someone who is cheating.
5 and 5 means the player in question did 5 +jump inputs (as in, 1 tick perfect inputs) and just as they landed on the ground.
This is something you often see with cheats which don't have SMAC bhop bypass.
It is technically possible the player used scroll and only did 1 scroll per jump and did them
perfectly timed as they hit the ground, but that would be exceptionally rare.
You can be fairly certain that player is cheating.
